Chalk and Nyckelharpa

We headed to the Palo Alto Arts Festival today. We hit the sidewalk chalk paintings
first. They were a little further along this time, since we came on Sunday instead of Saturday like last year. My favorite:

We also heard some beautiful music by celtic harp and this weird looking instrument:

It's a Swedish bowed instrument called a nyckelharpa and has a nice mellow tone--viola-ish. The performers were Aryeh Frankfurter and Lisa Lynne. I ended up springing for their Two Worlds One album.
