Let them eat cake

I am down for the count with a nasty head cold. I've been a miserable, difficult person for the last two days. The Serene One has been so awesome. He's been plying me with Jamba Juice and whipping up little snacks for me.

Tomorrow is our Thanksgiving potluck at work. I was supposed to bring dessert, but since I spent most of this evening lying in bed moaning, it's not going to happen. I was going to try this citrus pound cake recipe I found in Real Simple. Darn it!
