I've been following Apolo Anton Ohno since LadyM mentioned his high-energy tweets. He is relentlessly positive and I like reading his tweets in the morning. It's like caffeine. He's now on a book tour promoting "No Regrets: Be Greater Than Yesterday." Sadly, I can't make his Bay Area dates (see below) and I lamented the fact to my parents. So they went to a San Diego signing and got Apolo to sign a book for me. Score!! Thanks Mom and Dad!
My mom informed me that Apolo was very nice and extremely cute. (Apparently, many fans noted that he is cuter in person than on tv, can you imagine?) She told him that she voted for him on Dancing With The Stars. Oh, and that she supported his skating too:)
