The Serene One did a lot of yard work. Among other things, he planted our little pie shaped piece of garden. We have had terrible luck with that section of the yard. Hopefully it will last until Saturday!

Cramming for the Shower
I'm hosting Little K's bridal shower next weekend, so this weekend was full of frantic preparations. I squeeged the windows, cleaned the patio and patio furniture and did some weeding. I even pressed Tall M into service when he dropped by for lunch. Don't feel too sorry for him. He teased me on the level of weeds in the yard, and gracefully accepted the trowel I handed him.

Wood chips, that's the way to make a yard look nice and clean.
The flowers look great! Enjoy the hot water.
How nice and tidy. I spread close to 2 cubic yards of mulch this last weekend - still wasn't enough...but it really makes things look better!
