Thoughts on Dancing With The Stars Week 2:
Lil Kim: Nice job with the quickstep! Looked classy.
Belinda Carlisle: Eh.
Lawrence Taylor: I fast fwded.
Steve-O: I liked the music and the outfits, but it didn't seem salsa-ish at all. Very reminiscent of Lacey's Rihanna/Zombie number with Lance last season. I gotta give Lacey props, she's always got something different going on.
Gilles: Gilles' partner Cheryl isn't a 2 time champion for nothing. Loved her green dress and the Clark Kent glasses for Gilles as they quick stepped to "Kryptonite." Nice job.
Chuck Wicks(Julianne's boyfriend): Julianne wore a fabulous fringed pantsuit. Not sure why the judges didn't nail her for her lame choreography. It was all about her and not enough Chuck.
Holly: She got dragged around the dance floor.
Ty Murray (the rodeo guy): You know, he's not a great dancer but I hope he sticks around for a few more weeks.
Shawn Johnson: She's got no hip action whatsoever. She's got to pick that up soon to do well in the rest of the season.
Steve Wozniak: Better than last week. Oozes niceness.
David Alan Grier: Okay.
Denise Richards: Also dragged around the floor. So ugly I couldn't turn away.
Melissa (from The Bachelor): Great job! She's got to get rid of the "Dallas Cowboys cheerleader" exuberant face.
As for the results show:
The Big Bad Voodoo Daddy swing number was great! The dancers were very sharp. Seeing Derek and Julianne dance side by side is always fun.
Had to fast fwd through the Chelsie and Dimitry number. They opened with two slow motion breaks. Boooring.

I'm not surprised that Belinda was eliminated. Woz has quite a following. I'm thinking David Alan Grier may go next. Purely on a popularity thing, not on scores. Unfortunately, his partner Kym hasn't had a chance to build up a following as this is her second season. I think Julianne and Lacey are definitely buoying their partners up in the polls.

I hope they get rid of the dance-off. Who wants to see the two worst dances again?
I think Kym has finished in second place twice - one time with Joey Fatone, the season Apolo won, and then last season with Warren Sapp. Her choreography has improved a lot.
