Eco Bag Lust

Right now I reuse a stack of brown paper bags for groceries. That way I can toss them in the yard waste bin if there are produce/meat leaks. For regular shopping, I'm using two Whole Foods reusable bags, but I'm finding that I need one or two bags so I can stash them in various places.

I've got my eye on the Flip and Tumble reusable bag. It's made of ripstop nylon and holds up to 25 lbs. The colors are very yummy and I love how they look when they're flipped into a ball. They'll even take the bag back and recycle it when it's worn through.

It's in the realm of possibility that I will actually buy a Flip and Tumble. This next bag is insanely expensive. It's a Wee Generation Eco-Baby Bag. It's got a $200 price tag, though 100% of profits go to supporting Healthy Child Healthy World. There are all kinds of lift-out compartments and zip-on pouches. It's made from 100% post-consumer recycled water bottles and is PVC free.

The first 500 bags come stuffed with a bunch of Seventh Generation baby products. What's not to love? I notice that there is no weight listed though. Probably weighs a ton.
