Got a big kick out of Jason Taylor and Edyta Sliwinska's paso doble to the NFL Monday Night Football theme song. (His quickstep was great too.) The costume department outdid itself--especially the hoodie on Edyta's bikini top.
Shannon Elizabeth and Derek Hough's tango was nicely choreographed. Would love to see it with the hat trick executed correctly. I'm waiting for this site to get updated so I can find out what the music was.
Props also to host Tom Bergeron! He is witty and cool under pressure. Unlike American Idol and So You Think You Can Dance, this show seems to be fraught with medical issues. Last season it was Maria Osmond fainting. This season it was Cristian getting an arm cramp and manfully trying not to drop Cheryl. In each case, Tom actually did what an emcee is supposed to do--make the call and cut to commercial.
Can't wait to find out who is eliminated!
